The most important was the staff - superfriendly and pleasant people. The beds were very comfy and each well furnished room had central heating, television, and coffee/tea making machines.

Room was clean.
Came down to breakfast to find empty room. No buffet, literally nothing laid out. Waitress said she’d get me what I wanted but no menu available. Went to café outside instead. In the room: no minibar, no safe, no bathrobe, no shampoo. Very basic.

The air-conditioned rooms at the Plessis Parc Hotel are amazing! I felt so comfortable and cozy with the carpet flooring and the electric kettle was a nice touch. The en suite bathroom was spacious and the large shower was a refreshing treat after a long day of trekking. Plus, having a 24-hour front desk was super convenient.
I personally didn't like the flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. But hey, that's just my preference, some people might love it!

The staff here are really friendly and always willing to help out. It's convenient that they offer on-site parking, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. I like that they have rooms that are wheelchair accessible - it shows they care about everyone. Plus, those rooms also come with coffee supplies so you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee right here. ☕️

I chose this hotel for attending a synod and I was pleased that it provided access to a Business Center. The availability of newspapers at the reception was also a nice touch.
The only service I missed for my work was a faster internet connection.

The availability of newspapers at the reception was also a nice touch.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated workspace or desk in the room. It would have been convenient to have a designated area to set up my laptop and work comfortably.

The grandeur and beauty of the palace and gardens left us in awe. It was a perfect day trip for our family, and the location of the hotel made it very convenient. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our visit. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploration. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The free internet was great, and the coffee in the morning was excellent. The location was perfect for my city break, with plenty of nearby attractions and restaurants to choose from.
Unfortunately the room was a bit cold due to the weather outside. It would have been nice if there was a safe in the room for my valuables.
